Delivery & Returns

This page explains how delivery, returns, warranty and servicing work when you buy Veltron heaters and accessories online.
If you’re ever unsure about anything here, just get in touch and we’ll talk it through with you.

Delivery

Where We Deliver

Veltron heaters, service kits and battery pumps are supplied in the UK by Perry Equipment.
We deliver to most UK mainland addresses
If you’re in a remote area, Highlands or islands, extra time or charges may apply – we’ll let you know before you confirm your order

How Heaters Are Delivered

Veltron heaters are heavy, industrial units, so they are usually sent by pallet or heavy-duty courier.
Please make sure:
The delivery address can accept a large vehicle (if access is tight, tell us in advance)
Someone is on site to receive and sign for the delivery
You have a flat, stable area where the pallet can be set down
The driver’s job is to deliver to the kerbside or entrance – they will not usually install or move the heater inside the building.

How Accessories Are Delivered

Smaller items such as Veltron Service Kits and Battery Operated Fuel Transfer Pumps are delivered by standard parcel carrier or together with your heater order.
Service Kits: delivery is included in the price
Battery Pumps: delivery is included in the price
If you order accessories with a heater, we’ll aim to send them together where possible.

Delivery Times

Delivery times can vary depending on stock and where you are based. As a guide:
We will confirm an estimated dispatch and delivery window once your order is placed
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on current lead times
We’ll always do our best to get your heater to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Checking Your Delivery

When your heater or accessory arrives:
Check the packaging
If it looks damaged, please note this with the driver before signing.
Open and inspect the goods as soon as you can
Check for obvious damage, missing parts or incorrect items.
If anything is damaged or missing, contact us as soon as possible with:
Your order number
Photos of the packaging and the product
A brief description of the problem
We’ll work with you to put things right.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind or something isn’t right, here’s what to do.

Returning an Item

You may be able to return it within a set period (details will be given in your order confirmation and our terms)
The item must usually be:
Unused
In its original packaging
In resaleable condition
Contact us first so we can:
Confirm whether a return is possible
Give you a r\eturns address and reference
Explain any restocking or return carriage costs, if they apply
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll arrange any refund due in line with our terms and conditions.

If Your Order Is Damaged or Incorrect

If your heater or accessory arrives damaged or not as ordered:
Let us know as soon as possible
Provide your order number and clear photos
Tell us what’s wrong (e.g. dented casing, missing part, wrong model)
We’ll investigate and then:
Repair, replace or refund, as appropriate
Explain the next steps clearly, so you know what will happen and when

Refunds

When a refund has been agreed:
It will be processed back to your original payment method
The timing will depend on your bank or card provider, but we will action it promptly once everything is confirmed
Full details of your rights and our responsibilities are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Warranty

All Veltron heaters come with a manufacturer’s warranty against faults in normal use.
Because different models or batches may have different terms, the exact warranty period is shown:
On the product page
In your order confirmation
In the documentation supplied with the heater

What warranty usually covers

In general, warranty is designed to cover:
Manufacturing defects
Faults in materials or workmanship in normal use

It does not usually cover

Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse
Use of the wrong fuel or contaminated fuel
Lack of basic care or failure to service at reasonable intervals
Normal wear and tear of parts that are expected to be replaced during servicing
Always keep your proof of purchase and follow the instructions in the user manual.

How to Make a Warranty Enquiry

If you think your Veltron heater has a fault that could be covered by warranty:
Note your model and serial number
Find your order details (order number and date)
Contact us with:
A clear description of the problem
When it happens (e.g. on start-up, after running for a while)
Any error codes or warning lights, if shown
We’ll help with basic troubleshooting first. If the issue looks like a genuine fault, we’ll explain the next steps for a warranty claim.

Servicing & Ongoing Support

A Veltron heater is designed for regular use in tough environments. Like any fuel-burning machine, it will work best – and last longer – if you look after it properly.

Regular Servicing

We strongly recommend:
Regular servicing in line with the manufacturer’s guidance
Using a Veltron Service Kit for your model, so the technician has the correct parts
You can:
Buy Service Kits on their own, or
Save 10% by buying them at the same time as your heater
Planned servicing helps to:
Spot issues before they cause a breakdown
Keep fuel burn clean and efficient
Support the conditions of your warranty

Service Kits & Battery Pumps

To make servicing and refuelling easier:
Veltron Service Kits – one for each model, containing key service parts
Battery Operated Fuel Transfer Pump (DP-08EA) – for clean, easy fuel transfer with automatic stop to help prevent spills
Both can be bought:
On their own, or
At a discounted price when purchased with a heater
This gives you everything you need to run and maintain your heater from day one.
